Caregiving and Addiction

“Caregiving and Addiction” is a 90-minute virtual workshop presented by Valley Caregiver Resource Center. Dale White, MBA, CADC-CAS, Executive Director of ATR/Central California Recovery will be joining us to talk about the subject of addiction and how it can impact those who care for their loved ones. Topics will include: what is addiction, information on substance abuse currently impacting the Fresno County community, how addiction can develop, issues of caregivers when it comes to all forms of abuse, what steps can be taken as a preventative measure and where to find help.
