The USC Family Caregiver Support Center, in collaboration with Independence at Home (A SCAN Community Service), presents a new series focused on strengthening family caregivers’ mental health. Topics will include stages of grief, the Cognitive Behavioral Triangle, pain management techniques, and learning coping skills. Presenters provide one-on-one therapeutic services at Independence at Home. Family caregivers are encouraged to attend the full series.

This session focuses on providing a detailed overview of anxiety and stress, participants engage in guided imagery and mindfulness exercises.
